Wellbeing and health - resources for PGRs

Staying healthy both physically and mentally during your research can help you achieve your full potential and enjoy the experience. Below are resources that have been curated by PGRs specifically aimed at supporting your wellbeing during your postgraduate research programme, which may help you along your academic journey.

Manchester's Six Ways to Wellbeing can help you to make positive changes to keep you feeling good and living well. Six Ways to PGR Wellbeing‌‌ can help you apply the Six Ways to your own experiences as a PGR.

If you are returning to campus soon to recommence your research, Wellbeing When Returning to Campus addresses some of the thoughts you might be having about the 'new normal'.

If you ever need specific support as a researcher there are a wide range of support services available both internally and externally - see Wellbeing and Health - services for all students for more information.
